১. সার্ভিসের ব্যবহার

  • MoveX BD শুধুমাত্র ফ্রোজেন পণ্য, রেডি-টু-কুক আইটেম, এবং সংবেদনশীল খাদ্যপণ্য ডেলিভারির জন্য নির্ধারিত।

  • ব্যবহারকারীকে অবশ্যই সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে (যেমন: নাম, ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর)।

  • MoveX BD-এর সার্ভিস শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় (ডেলিভারি হাবের আওতায়) উপলব্ধ।

২. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

  • ব্যবহারকারী অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর সেটি কনফার্ম হলে কেবলমাত্র প্রসেস করা হবে।

  • পেমেন্ট ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) বা অনলাইন পেমেন্টের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করা যেতে পারে।

  • MoveX BD যে কোনো সময় অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে যদি:

    • ভুল তথ্য প্রদান করা হয়

    • স্টক শেষ হয়ে যায়

    • সিস্টেম ত্রুটি দেখা দেয়

৩. ডেলিভারি শর্ত

  • সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের ৩০–৬০ মিনিটের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয় (সার্ভিস এরিয়ার ভিত্তিতে)।

  • বিশেষ কোন কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে, কাস্টমারকে ফোনে অবহিত করা হবে।

  • ডেলিভারি সময় কাস্টমারকে অবশ্যই উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে অথবা কাউকে দায়িত্ব দিতে হবে।

৪. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

  • কেবলমাত্র প্যাকেট খোলা না হওয়া ও ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য থাকলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য।

  • ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য যাচাই করে নিতে হবে। ডেলিভারির পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় (ফ্রোজেন প্রোডাক্ট হওয়ায়)।

  • রিফান্ড কেবল রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হলে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে প্রদান করা হবে।

৫. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার

ব্যবহারকারী MoveX BD-এর প্ল্যাটফর্মকে নিচের কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না:

  • অবৈধ বা প্রতারণামূলক কাজ

  • অন্য গ্রাহকের অ্যাকাউন্ট হ্যাক বা তথ্য চুরি

  • স্প্যাম, ভাইরাস বা ক্ষতিকর সফটওয়্যার ছড়ানো

৬. কপিরাইট ও মালিকানা

  • MoveX BD ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ, লোগো, কনটেন্ট, ছবি ইত্যাদি আমাদের সম্পত্তি এবং কপিরাইট আইনে সুরক্ষিত।

  • অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি, রিপোস্ট বা বিক্রি করা বেআইনি।

৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

  • MoveX BD কোনওপ্রকার সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ বা আনুমানিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না, যা আমাদের সাইট বা সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের ফলে ঘটে।

  • পণ্য স্টক, দেরি, বা ত্রুটিজনিত কারণে আমরা দুঃখ প্রকাশ করি তবে তা নিয়ে আইনগত দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৮. পরিবর্তন ও সংশোধন

MoveX BD যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। পরিবর্তন হলে তা ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং নতুন তারিখ কার্যকর হবে।

By accessing and using the MoveX BD website, mobile app, or services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Usage

  • MoveX BD provides frozen food, ready-to-cook items, and sensitive grocery delivery within selected areas in Bangladesh.

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information including name, delivery address, and contact number.

  • Services are only available in locations covered by our delivery hubs.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after proper confirmation via call or system notification.

  • Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment gateways.

  • MoveX BD reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

    • False or incomplete information provided

    • Items are out of stock

    • Technical or system error occurs

3. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are usually made within 30–60 minutes after order confirmation (area-dependent).

  • In case of delays, customers will be notified via call.

  • Customers must be available at the delivery location or assign someone to receive the order.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items in unopened packaging.

  • Products must be checked upon delivery. No return will be accepted after delivery due to the perishable nature of frozen goods.

  • Refunds will be issued if the return is valid and approved.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are not allowed to use the MoveX BD platform for:

  • Any illegal or fraudulent activity

  • Accessing or tampering with other users’ accounts

  • Spreading viruses, malware, or spam

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the MoveX BD platform (including logo, text, images, and software) is copyright protected and owned by HatBazar Limited.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MoveX BD is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the site or delivery delays, product unavailability, or technical faults.

  • While we aim to deliver the best service, unforeseen situations may occur.

8. Modifications

MoveX BD may update or modify these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
